The Fine Print
Simple terms
A gift card should not require a lawyer. Ours does not expire for three years, works in every room, and never quietly loses value while it waits.
- 01Valid for three years from the date of issue. No fees are deducted while the balance sits unused.
- 02Redeemable in the dining room, at the Hearth Bar, on the Garden Terrace, and against online orders.
- 03One card per check. Remaining balance stays on the card for the next visit.
- 04Not redeemable for cash and not reloadable. It cannot be applied to gratuity.
- 05Treat the code as cash. We cannot replace a card that has been shared or lost.
- 06Cards cannot be used as a deposit against a private event minimum spend.
- 07This is a demonstration build. No payment is processed and no email leaves the server.
